What are the Shipping charges?
Shipping rates are charged on a weight per carton basis.
Since we are shipping on your behalf .. what the carrier
charges is what you'll pay ... Big Daddy does not not make
money from shipping charges, we are only acting as agent.
When ordering, please make sure that your billing address
corresponds with the billing address your issuing credit
card bank has on file for you. Orders will not be shipped
until address verification can be obtained. There will also
be a one time $3.00 fee on all first orders to cover the
cost of the UPS adult age verification process and a $6.00
fee on USPS restricted Delivery. This is a one-time fee
at the moment and will be offset by current and future savings.
If I choose not to pick up my order and have bigdaddysmokes.com
ship it on my behalf, how long will it take to receive my
order?
All orders are shipped within the United States Only. Orders,
which are placed by 1:00 P.M. EST in most cases, are shipped
that day, and depending on your chosen shipping method,
should be received within 1-5 business days. Orders placed
after 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed and shipped the next
business day. Your order can be shipped for you via UPS
and USPS. UPS and USPS do not include weekends or holidays
as business days. Orders received after 1:00 P.M. Friday
will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. All
shipping charges are based on your zip code and the amount
of items in your basket.
How will I know you received my order?
You will receive an E-mail confirmation to let you know
that your order was received and is being processed. Once
Shipped you will receive another email to give you your
selected shipper (if shipped) tracking number.
How can I track where my package is?
After your order is shipped, we send out an e-mail with
a tracking # and a link to UPS online tracking!!!
Do you accept coupons?
No. But this is something we will look to bring you in
the future.
How safe is it to order online?
All credit card transactions are placed utilizing the latest
SSL technology. We use Verisign's 128 bit secure encryption.
What if I don't see a certain type of cigarette
on your web site?
BigDaddySmokesis constantly updating its inventory. In
the event that you don't see something that you want please
contact us. In most cases, if we don't have the item in
stock, we can order it for you. We have an extensive network
of suppliers and vendors and can usually get what you want
very quickly.
What if I have a problem with my order?
In the event that you have a problem with your order please
email us at CustomerService@bigdaddysmokes.com All shortages
must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. Keep all packaging
material.
What if I want to order by mail?
We only accept orders online, sorry :-(
Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express cards
are accepted.
How do I create an account?
Creating an Account is Easy. Simply go through the purchasing
steps and complete the registration form. By doing this,
you won't have to re-enter your personal information at
each visit.
How fresh are my cigarettes?
Because we do such a high volume of sales we receive new
stock daily. We guarantee that the products we sell are
the freshest available. If you receive a product that is
not fresh let us know we will promptly replace it.
Will I be charged taxes?
We will charge sales tax only if the order is being picked
up or shipped to Kentucky. It is the responsibility of the
Buyer to ascertain and comply with any laws in regard to
the purchase and use of any
cigarette products. In order to determine the applicable
limits on purchases or taxing responsibilities, if any,
imposed by your particular State; the consumer may want
to contact their state authorities.
What is your return policy?
If you receive an incorrect item due to a mistake on our
part please call or email us and we will gladly replace
the wrong item with the correct item and include a prepaid
shipping label with that order to ship the incorrect merchandise
back to us at no cost to you. If there was a mistake on
your part you can ship the incorrect merchandise back to
us at your expense. Any item(s) sent out after your original
order due to a mistake or damage will be charged to your
credit card. Once the incorrect or damaged item(s) are returned
to BigDaddySmokes.com we will credit that amount back to
your credit card.
If you decide that after you receive your order you do
not want an item(s) just return the "unopened"
carton(s) back to us at CustomerService@bigdaddysmokes.com
and we will refund your credit card. Shipping fees cannot
be refunded. Refunds take up to 10 business days to process.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. All returns
must be made within 30 days of purchase.
